Ingredients: black pepper (piper nigrum), frankincense (boswellia serrata), vetiver (vetiveria zizanioides), fractionated coconut oil (cocos nucifera)

Location: At the base of the spine
Color: Red
Attributes: Linked to survival instincts, positive self-image, ability to ground ourselves in the physical world.
Blockage Symptoms: Manifests as paranoia, insecurity, a feeling of being out of touch with gravity, fertility issues, low libido.
Too Open: Dishonesty, bullying, hyperactivity, defensiveness

Application: Diffuse with focused intent during meditation. Rub one drop between palms and inhale prior to or during meditation. Rub one drop on area of chakra. 

All Chakra blends are mixed at a very low dilution (around 40 %) with fractionated coconut oil - this wonderful carrier has an extremely long shelf life and passes through a nebulizer with ease making it an ideal choice. Because of the low dilution people with more sensitive skin may want to further dilute each blend if applying more than one drop to skin or when using in massage.
