Breathe - For Colds & Congestion
eucalyptus globulus, eucalyptus radiata, eucalyptus citridora, pine (pinus sylvestris), lavender (lavandula angustifolia), peppermint (mentha piperita), cajeput (melaleuca cajuputi)
Application: diffuse or dilute very well (1-3% EO to the rest carrier oil) and rub on chest.
Caution: Keep away from children & pets. For external use only. Avoid eyes & mucous membranes. if pregnant consult doctor.

I have been hooked on this oil for at least 10 years now. I gift a bottle of this (and Quiet) to every expectant Mother at every baby shower I’m invited to. This is a perfect oil to clean the air when sickness is around and helps clear congestion like nothing else. Plus it smells so good.
